We will contact you by phone with the total amount due and take payment by credit card to complete the order.  You will then be able to pick up your order, at your convenience, during regular business hours starting on Friday, November 26th. 

Please note that reservations for purchase are on a first come first served basis and submission of your order form is not a guarantee of availability. The form will be updated as the inventory depletes. We will notify you when we call of any additional shortages.
